Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Experience working in a licensed childcare
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, including:
- 240 hours working as a childcare teacher in a licensed day care
- Registered with the WI Registry or at least two credits in early childhood education
Candidates who do not meet the educational/experience will not be considered, as these are requirements set by the state of Wisconsin.
